A company is looking for a Patient Success Advocate for FT Weekend Coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of technology products and services
  • Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Multi-channel help desk experience, preferably with Zendesk
  • Experience in a customer-facing healthcare role
  • Previous experience in a metrics-driven position
  • Experience working with Medicare patients
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment
