A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports by analyzing customer information and making recommendations for product satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of previous customer service or call center experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn and retain product and procedural knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience with new systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, specifically from 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
