Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate to serve as the primary contact for policy-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service
• Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority, escalating risks as necessary
• Process high volume policy change requests and assist with billing and compliance inquiries

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year or more of related Property & Casualty experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing and CRM applications
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible work schedule based on business needs
