Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
• Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; banking or financial institution experience preferred
• Previous contact center experience preferred
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Federal Reserve holidays
