Job Summary

A company is looking for a Managing Consultant (Customer Experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their business challenges and customer experience goals
• Architect end-to-end solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud suite
• Provide high-level architectural oversight and strategic guidance during project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital experience solutions, with 3+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of core Adobe Experience Manager capabilities and integration
• Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping and marketing automation principles
• Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) are highly preferred
