Solar Proposal Design Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Design Consultant responsible for reviewing and validating solar project proposals and providing strategic guidance on project design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate solar project proposals, ensuring accuracy in system design, performance modeling, and cost estimation
• Modify proposals as needed and communicate with contractors to complete the design validation process
• Provide support to 3rd-party Sales Reps and Solar Contractors, managing escalations and conducting root-cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in solar energy project design or proposal development
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage solutions, and grid integration
• Proficient in proposal software and tools
• Commitment to staying informed about technological advancements in the renewable energy sector
