Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
• Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach
• Experience in fast-paced, technical environments with shifting priorities
• Fluency in French and English, with presentation skills in both languages
• Understanding of cloud and virtualized compute environments is highly desirable
