Title: Program Director

Job Duties: The Program Director designs and oversees the implementation of the clinical program services. The Program Director works collaboratively with the Administrator, Clinical Director of Neuro Behavioral Services, Medical Director, Director of Nursing Services, AQ/QI Coordinator/Dietitian, and other department heads. The Program Director is responsible for regulatory compliance with federal and statute standards and regulations.

Qualifications: 

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Science.
  • A minimum of two years experience working in an SNF and in working with clients with required neurological disorders and mental health problems with previous supervisory experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BSL) certification.
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPU) certification.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 
Pay Range:
$93,600$104,000 USD
