Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager specializing in Non-Profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients
• Review tax forms for private foundations and public charities, and manage tax return reviews
• Conduct research on tax implications and manage the preparation of Tax-Exempt Status Reinstatements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting, including managerial experience
• Active CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) license
• 8+ years of experience with private foundations, public charities, and other nonprofits
• Experience supervising tax professionals on projects
• Strong ownership for client service delivery
