Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Associate to manage collections and legal document processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new and existing accounts for collections and process legal documents
• Conduct due diligence and contact customers regarding delinquent accounts
• Analyze customer accounts and identify trends in collections management

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of collections and analyst experience, preferably in ecommerce or financial services
• Strong data analysis and investigative skills
• Ability to verify accuracy of customer-provided information and documents
• Experience in handling end-to-end payment processing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
