A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Research accounting guidance and prepare documentation for technical accounting topics
• Prepare and review SEC reports and other external financial documents
• Support audit requests and serve as a liaison for financial reporting across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Master's degree in Accounting preferred
• Certified Public Accountant
• 5+ years in public accounting
• Strong technical accounting and SEC knowledge
