Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Charge Entry team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Charge Entry team, ensuring timely and accurate charge entry
• Provide guidance and resolution support for charge entry workflow questions and escalations
• Monitor key performance metrics and assist in meeting department goals and targets

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of billing experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficient knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and charge entry processes
• Strong understanding of payer guidelines and insurance claims workflows
• Experience in leading and training team members in a healthcare billing environment
