Credit Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit balance management for multiple clients and resolve patient accounts
• Prepare and submit refund requests and maintain assigned work queues
• Identify trends in credit balances and communicate findings to management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1-year experience in insurance collections or credit balance management
• 1-3 years experience in Physician/Professional billing
• Basic knowledge of healthcare claims processing including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
