CPA Licensed Senior Accounting Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Accounting - Consolidated Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for SEC filings
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for reporting efficiency
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support data collection and reporting for corporate initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience without a degree
• At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting or auditing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
• Experience preparing or supporting SEC filings in a public company environment is preferred
• CPA license or actively pursuing certification is preferred
