Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support the Care Management team in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and enter data while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and Medicare regulations
• Support members with physical, behavioral, and social needs through assessments and care plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the Medicare enrollee experience and complete required reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of relevant experience in medical call center, care coordination, or community health
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate a Windows environment
• Access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace at home
• Must reside in the State of Colorado
