Job Summary

Join our team as a Program Manager and lead the way in delivering impactful programs that make a difference! You’ll oversee the planning, organization, staffing, and leadership of program activities to ensure they align with our strategic goals, funding requirements, and regulatory standards. Collaborating with internal teams, community partners, and members, you’ll create a positive, supportive environment while driving exceptional program outcomes.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead program operations to exceed compliance with contracts, licensing, and agency standards.
  • Oversee budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Champion staff engagement by ensuring training compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Attract, hire, and onboard top talent while managing ongoing staff development and performance.
  • Design staff schedules to balance business needs and employee preferences effectively.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination of care plans, including intake, assessments, and discharges.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for audits, inspections, and investigations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Ensure timely and thorough incident reporting with appropriate follow-ups.
  • Analyze performance data and drive improvements with innovative program policies and changes.
  • Build strong collaborations with stakeholders to enhance services and improve quality.
  • Adhere to evidence-based practices like the Permanent Supportive Housing model to deliver impactful results.
  • Provide responsive, on-call support, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent experience/education.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in a human services field.
  • Eligibility for a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (must obtain within eight weeks of hire).
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record.

  • Skilled in driving and operating company vehicles of all sizes when required.
