Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and enhance financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own general ledger and entity-level accounting, compressing close to a five-day cycle
• Ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and design SOX-readiness controls
• Drive automation and implement best-in-class accounting systems while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a high-growth, technology-enabled services business, preferably in telehealth or SaaS
• Familiarity with ASC 606, multi-entity accounting, and audit preparation
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
