Content Development SME with TS/SCI Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Development and Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning content for synchronous and asynchronous distance delivery
• Program SCORM-compliant eLearning courses and support deployment on various Learning Management Systems
• Utilize ADDIE methodology in course development and lead the creation of training materials

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Education, Marketing, or similar fields
• Three (3) years of experience in developing eLearning content and SCORM-compliant courses
• Three (3) years of experience with internet protocols such as XML, PHP, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with software applications like JAWS and ANDI for accessibility compliance
