Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Associate 2 to provide patient-centered service and support within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient service and assist in scheduling and registering patients for appointments
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide training for new agents in scheduling and registration processes
• Maintain communication with medical staff and assist in problem resolution related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• General knowledge of office procedures and operations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
