Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Tax Accounting & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review global consolidated interim and annual tax provisions and footnote disclosures
• Assist in developing overall tax strategy, internal controls, and tax department policies
• Coordinate and review the global tax provision, including regional tax submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• Corporate tax experience with an emphasis on tax compliance and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytic tools
• Large corporate experience and/or Big 4 accounting background preferred
