Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Director, Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance risk assessment and maintain a risk-based testing schedule
• Oversee a team in executing and reporting on consumer compliance testing activities
• Provide guidance on compliance issues and manage the testing process logistics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consumer compliance, audit, or regulatory exam support
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
• Compliance certification, such as CRCM, preferred
• Strong knowledge of consumer compliance laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple compliance reviews and meet deadlines
