Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to support injured individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
• Assess the recovery status of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their progress
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• Certifications: Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required
• Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
