Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, building relationships with stakeholders and driving product adoption
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring account health metrics
  • Lead onboarding for new customers and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Partner roles in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to grow revenue from existing customer accounts through strategic initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate product value into business outcomes
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating customer needs and addressing risks early
