Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Communications to support the design and delivery of omnichannel campaigns and content for government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital content for multichannel campaigns, focusing on email, social media, SMS, and websites
• Analyze data to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer content
• Support the development of campaign plans, A/B testing, segmentation, and outreach tracking strategies

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in digital campaign support, preferably in a government context
• Ability to create content guided by best practices for various digital channels
• Familiarity with digital tools, technologies, and trends relevant to customer success
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. citizenship and residency requirements must be met due to security requirements
