Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content and Community Manager to lead marketing strategies for workplace training content and a learning management system (LMS) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and engage an online community across various platforms while fostering meaningful interactions
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create onboarding and engagement campaigns that drive user adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS community marketing and growth
• Proven track record in creating cornerstone content and growing a community
• Experience with advanced content and community marketing tools and automation
• Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
