Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audience Development Manager, Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified U.S. database of IT executives and develop opt-in acquisition programs
• Ensure data integrity and track audience engagement metrics while collaborating with IT on CRM integrations
• Execute event promotion campaigns and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet registration goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in audience development, marketing operations, or demand generation, preferably in B2B tech or events
• Deep understanding of the U.S. IT landscape and experience working with senior executives
• Proficient with list-building tools like Apollo.io and ESPs such as Marketo, Adestra, or Cvent
• Experience in sourcing and managing opt-in databases in compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
• Highly organized and proactive, with experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments
