Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages and deeds
• Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of prior Commercial Title Examination experience
• Strong Metes and Bounds Mapping Skills
• Experience with County Government websites and title software applications
• Good research/investigation skills and understanding of legal terms
