California Licensed Reimbursement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of CAH Reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for financial matters with Regional Chief Financial Officer and Vice Presidents of Finance
• Manage financial and compliance risks associated with the reimbursement function and keep senior leadership informed
• Direct the preparation of net revenue calculations, budgets, and cost reports while ensuring adherence to compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance; Master's degree preferred
• Over ten years of progressively responsible experience in health care reimbursement management
• Rural/CAH reimbursement experience and cost report preparation specific to CAH and RHCs
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Experience in leading change and standardization within healthcare reimbursement processes
