Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Scheduler (Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize work orders for hospitality customers and emergencies during weekends
• Provide scheduling support to service markets during the workweek to ensure operational continuity
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to drive customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of previous scheduling or routing experience
• Willingness to work Wednesday through Sunday
• Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
