Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Support 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared inbox
• Negotiate and obtain immediate payment from customers to resolve delinquent account balances
• Perform skip tracing and utilize multiple systems and tools to reach decision makers in the collections process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
• Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
• Must pass a successful background investigation
