Job Summary

A company is looking for a CD Specialist - Remote Position.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and review the Initial Closing Disclosure and send it to borrowers in a timely manner
• Verify that all information on the Closing Disclosure aligns with the latest Loan Estimate
• Communicate effectively with Loan Officers, Processors, and Title Agents to balance the Closing Disclosure

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage closing or CD preparation
• Experience using Encompass or similar Loan Origination Software (LOS)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of mortgage processes
