Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment and recovery process
• Provide timely assistance via phone, chat, or email for administrative, medication, or service management issues
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in a medical or care delivery environment
• Medical experience required (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferable, but not required
• Experience in a high-volume contact center or similar setting
• Comfort with computer technology and navigating multiple software platforms
