Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and verify patient insurance coverage
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient responses to patient inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and utilize technology within established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Experience or willingness to learn telecommunications hardware and software
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
