Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client & Trade Support Specialist to join their Investment Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable and disable account trading per advisor requests and manage account activation and maintenance
  • Act as the primary liaison between advisors, traders, and the portfolio accounting team, while reconciling intraday trading and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the Development team to enhance trade support processes and prepare documentation for procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
  • Prior experience in client service or customer success roles
  • 3+ years of experience in the investment industry is preferred
