Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to Clients via phone and email
• Create video and wiki materials to aid in the support of all Clients
• Assist Client Services and Development Departments by implementing feedback and testing new features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
• Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into functional support
• Demonstrated customer service focus and good interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with ambition to grow within the company
• Computer and software savvy with familiarity in multiple programs and tools
