Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Representative to guide and train customers on using the broker portal and navigating the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a vital link between brokers and the operations team
  • Support brokers with technical inquiries and ensure clients receive daily rate sheet distributions
  • Lead training sessions for onboarding new brokers and manage broker information in Salesforce and LQB
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Some knowledge and working history within the mortgage/lending industry
  • Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail
  • Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems
  • Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision
