• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or relevant roles
• Experience in Client Development or Account Development within the technology industry
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
