Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to ensure client satisfaction and improve the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively interact with clients to align marketing strategies with their business goals
• Complete marketing recap reports and meet with clients to review campaign performance
• Assist Senior Client Success Managers with tasks for large accounts and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with project management software
• Foundational knowledge of Pay-per-click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data for comprehensive reporting
• Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
