Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Executive to manage and grow client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client presentations and coordinate meetings to maintain strong relationships and alignment on goals
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning
• Oversee client proposals, renewals, and implementations, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing internal and external relationships, with knowledge of healthcare plan administration
• Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exemplary customer service
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus
