Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with advisors and clients to resolve inquiries and provide timely support
• Manage account activities and ensure timely service delivery by collaborating with internal departments
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client management systems

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
• 1+ years of experience using the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e. SIE, Series 7 and 66)
• Strong background in client service
• Self-motivated and driven to take initiative
