Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of Employer customers throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed on industry and technology trends to educate and advocate for customers
• Lead internal teams on behalf of customers, ensuring high-quality work and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
• Experience managing complex customer accounts
• Knowledge of benefits administration and technology (particularly SaaS)
• Leadership experience in mentoring and training teams
