Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Performance Advisor who will serve as a key liaison between strategic providers and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and performance of key provider groups
  • Analyze and communicate financial, utilization, and quality metrics to drive provider performance improvements
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support provider performance and resolve challenges
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Network Management, Provider Relations, or Value-Based Contracting
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management roles
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare requirements
  • Understanding of HEDIS and STARS measures
