Position Overview
We are looking for a New Client Onboarder with excellent communication skills to work with new clients. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, digital marketing and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. You will play a critical part in our client facing team to ensure clients needs are being met.
Textbroker International LLC is one of the largest global content marketplaces, offering custom content writing and translations, along with related services, to over 80,000 customers around the world. The U.S. is our biggest market, with more than 100,000 U.S.-based freelance authors, editors, and other content specialists executing orders from our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact and face of Textbroker to your new client sign ups.
• Understand Textbroker’s service and how clients use it to fulfill their business needs.
• Ensure that new clients have everything they need to be successful with our services.
• Work closely with both clients and fulfillment coordinators to ensure projects are meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional services.
• Be a client advocate when delivering reports to internal stakeholders. Provide recommendations for improving the relationship and better serving the client.
• Monitor client projects to ensure they are successful. Gather valuable insights and make proactive recommendations.
• Track project KPIs and provide reports to your supervisor.
• Recommend areas for improvement in the workflow process.
• Establish a regular cadence with each client to provide updates and receive feedback.
• Understand and work with evolving concepts and tools such as CRMs and PMI toolsets, and maintain SOP standards and procedures to ensure workflow optimization.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent. (College education preferred)
• 2+ years of related experience (client/customer success, account management, project management, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
• SEO/Content Marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Digital Agency experience is a plus.
• Upsell/Cross-sell experience is a plus.
