Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned book of business, including client communication, policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims
  • Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through various communication methods
  • Maintain agency management software and stay updated on industry changes to better serve clients
Required Qualifications
  • Valid State Insurance License
  • Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency
  • Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets
  • Experience with a client management system; AMS360 preferred
  • Experience with Excel and Word
