Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, providing exceptional service throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Manage broker and client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of account management experience
• Proven experience in a broker support or client service role, preferably in finance or insurance
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various administration systems
