POSITION PURPOSE:
The Residential Assistant Property Manager with direction from the Property Manager is accountable for lease administration and budget & expense management for both residential properties and mixed use commercial properties with ground floor retail and or condo units. This position is primarily focused on the back office operations of a management office with an emphasis on lease administration, rent collection, payables administration, and insurance certificates.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. The role is considered non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. At CIM, this role has the potential to receive a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The anticipated salary range for the position in Oakland, CA is $65,000 - $75,000.
