Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to lead global revenue generation strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Lead and scale a high-performing commercial organization across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success
• Oversee go-to-market execution, including lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue generation roles, ideally in BPO or technology services
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing global sales and marketing teams
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle within BPO or outsourced CX solutions
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
