Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Manager, Communications and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and execution of the sales enablement program for the sales teams
  • Lead quarterly sales enablement huddles and maintain an enablement calendar for consistent communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials and sales playbooks
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales enablement within a technology manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading sales enablement programs and training for various seniority levels
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Understanding of the unique needs of different sales teams, including Inside Sales and Account Executives
