Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
• Manage client and partner relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
• Conduct market research to understand trends in international education, student preferences, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to the team.
• Build partnerships with high schools, universities, and education agencies to increase awareness and enrollment in the company’s study abroad programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
• Regularly report to the Director on the status of the business, sales forecasts and performance analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong background in market expansion.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in negotiation and managing client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of achieving recruitment goals.
