Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Workday SCM Data Conversion Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data conversion activities for SCM modules
• Analyze legacy SCM system data, perform extraction and cleansing, and build mapping documents
• Conduct unit testing, mock loads, and user acceptance testing to validate data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Workday Partner Certification
• 3+ years of experience with Workday SCM, with at least one full-cycle implementation involving data conversion
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Studio, and data transformation tools
• Familiarity with legacy HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
